Because of our growth it can be quite a challenge for us to stay in touch with the candidates we have had contact with in the past. Where in the past we knew everyone very well and could therefore relatively easily connect candidates to new assignments, this has now become a challenging task with over 10,000 candidates. Of course, with every assignment we still check whether there are candidates in our database who qualify for the new assignment, but candidates grow in their position or start working in a different sector. Which means there is not always a 100% match with the vacancy we have at that time. On top of that, we also find it very important to stay in touch with you!
